Food to be made with our products – 3
2.5 cups milk
7 dried figs (about 150 grams)
5 teaspoons of crushed walnuts
Wash the dried figs, soak in water for a few minutes. Chop into small dice.
Heat the milk to the yoghurt brewing temperature. (When you dip your little finger into milk, it will be from warm to hot, but it will not burn your hand.) When it comes to that temperature, turn off the stove.
Add the figs into the warmed milk and crush the figs in the blender. Make sure that there are no fig pieces left.
Share the dessert in cups. Put one teaspoon of walnuts on each cup.
Cover it with a kitchen cover and ferment the dessert for three hours at room temperature.
After the dessert is fermented, put it in the refrigerator and keep it in the refrigerator. Share it with your loved ones after it cools down.
